For print an image you have to install a printer first and after than follow these steps...........
- Open Photoshop
- Than open photo which you want to print,
- Set image size - image size option If you want to print in 4x6 size so set it 4x6 and 300 dpi resolution
- Than Go to File - Print preview and check on SCALE TO FIT MEDIA - Print
- Select printer from drop down list - Properties set paper size 4x6 & quality
- click print (make sure that your printer is on & connected)
- Printing will be start.........
